Is TodoPaper still under development?

Yes! TodoPaper 1 is still being maintained. As new issues arise, bugfixes are released. TodoPaper 2 is in active development and is getting close to a beta test release in the near future (feel free to sign up to be a beta tester).

How can I sync my todo’s between PCs?

While syncing is not built into TodoPaper, it is possible given that the TodoPaper file format is plain-text. The easiest way to sync your files between PCs (and Macs, and mobile devices) is to use a file sharing service like DropboxGoogle Drive, or Microsoft SkyDrive. These services allow you to set up a folder on your PCs that will sync in the background, so every time you make an update to your TodoPaper file from one, the changes will appear on your other devices. I personally use Dropbox for my synchronization needs (and I’m currently experimenting with integrating Dropbox into TodoPaper 2 so you wouldn’t need to install it separately).

Are upgrades free?

Upgrades within the same major version (e.g., upgrading from 1.1 to 1.2 to 1.3, etc) are free. Upgrades between major versions (e.g., upgrading from 1.1 to 2.0) are paid upgrades. The paid upgrades, however, are offered at a significant discount to existing customers (>50% off).

When will TodoPaper 2 be available?

TodoPaper 2 is still under development. You can subscribe to the blog to keep up to date or sign up to be the first notified when a beta version will be released.

How do I retrieve my license?
