Are You Sure You Want to Quit? Subscribe to this topic

Please, for the love of whoever, kill that "Are you sure you want to quit?" message. I make doubly sure that I've saved my file before even heading over to the big X on the window. Yes, I'm sure I want to quit.

Or make it an option, or something. I can see nagging me if I've forgotten to save the file, but yes, when I hit the X and my file is saved, I'm darned sure I want to quit.

Thanks :)

This will be available in the next release.

Actually, I'd also like the option to quit to have an option just minimise to the tray. At the moment clicking "X" kills the whole application

There IS a minimize to tray preference. Can this work for you?

I'm slowly getting used to it :)

I'd still prefer to do ALT-F4 to close the app i.e. minimise to an icon in the try. If I want to kill it from the tray I'm used (in other apps) to right-click on the icon and select close

I'm thinking that a solution could be something like the Quick Log hot key, but for Minimizing and Restoring TodoPaper from the tray.

We could make it so you can define your keyboard combination just like Quick Log, and default it to something like Ctrl+Alt+T (T for TodoPaper)

Then, you could bring up or hide TodoPaper from within ANY application.

What do you think?
